Notes / Known Issues
I wasn’t informed about the sideways switch orientation or the lanyard size until the event itself, so there are a few limitations.
- The HUMAN badges should have a vertical switch, which works well.
- For sideways switches, I’ve already enlarged the hole, but you’ll need a small stick or a long nail to toggle it on/off.
- there are mouse ears on the hinge receiving end pop em off if you want

the case has been tested with really shitty pa settings and its still worked so it should work on most decently tuned printers
Design Notes
I took inspiration from using a draw latch (similar to the one on my Voron 2.4 300 with a Klicky door). It works great and is very sturdy.
The hinge screws double as lanyard holders thus they are very robust ive accidentally dropped this a few times with the badge surviving each time :)
I recommend printing the top case in a translucent filament so the laser tag feature works properly

Hardware Needed
- 2× M3×25 to M3×40 screws (both lengths should work)
There is also an option in the F3D file to use an M3×90 screw with a hex lock-nut, but this hasn’t been tested. ʕ/ ·ᴥ·ʔ/
