I recently got a new 3D printer, and am working on making models and printing them out myself, this is the best one that I designed so I am sharing it. I got the wood grain modifier from PandaN. If you want to use this wood grain texture for your own models, you can replace my model with your own, and the grain will be applied when you slice it. 

 

Just right click the model and then click “Replace with STL”:

write in the comments the diameter of you salt or pepper shaker/grinder and it will make a new one.
