Hi guys, this model is inspired by the coati, the animal shown in the image.
To be honest, I didn’t even know this animal existed, but thanks to you and the poll, it ended up winning. And honestly, I really liked it.
This is an easy-to-print version. It only needs supports on the front part of the mouth, mainly so the finish doesn’t look too rough, but overall it is relatively easy to print.
I articulated the head in a slightly different way this time, so I hope you like that method, as well as the body and the tail. I also added a boolean hole to turn it into a keychain. You can remove it or make it bigger directly in the slicer.
Before printing:
Make sure your print bed is completely clean to ensure proper adhesion.
If it’s dirty or the print detaches, you can fix it by washing the build plate with dish soap.
This tip is especially helpful for users with a PEI surface and a cold bed.
Taking this step can be key to achieving a 100% successful print!
