Description
Matching wheel nut cover for 19 mm hexagon (SW19).
The caps were specially developed for typical Ford wheel nuts with a 19 mm wrench size (e.g. Fiesta, Focus), but also fit many other vehicles with the identical dimension.
🔧 Features:
- Inner dimension: approx. 19.3 mm (with tolerance for a secure fit)
- Shape: Hexagonal inside (6-sided)
- Slightly conical for easy attachment
- Firm fit without gluing
🧱 Recommended material:
- PETG or ABS (heat resistant)
- PLA only partially suitable (can deform in heat)
⚠️ Note:
Please measure a wheel nut before printing, as there may be slight deviations depending on the manufacturer (e.g., due to deformed sheet metal caps).
🛠️ Print settings:
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 3–4 perimeter
- 20–40% infill
- No support necessary
