HOOKII 6-blade cutting deck PETG HF

6-blade cutting deck for HOOKII Neomow S robotic lawnmower.

This model was designed to replace or improve the robot's original cutting deck.
The goal is to achieve a more even and efficient cut, especially in areas where the grass is denser or less well cut with the standard deck.

The deck allows mounting 6 blades distributed around the disk.
This increases the cutting frequency when the robot passes and can help improve mowing finish.

Important:
The 6 holes around the deck are designed to receive M4 metal inserts.
These inserts must be installed before attaching the blades.

I recommend not screwing the blades directly into the plastic, in order to have a stronger, more reliable, and more durable attachment.

Printing tips:
- Recommended material: PETG, PETG HF, ASA or equivalent material
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Recommended infill: 50 to 60 %
- Wall lines: 5 minimum
- Supports: normally unnecessary if printed flat
- Brim: recommended for better bed adhesion

Before use:
- Check that the M4 inserts are correctly installed
- Check blade tightening
- Check that the deck rotates freely
- Check deck balancing
- Perform a first short test under supervision
