Description
DSD Adjustable Angle Bracket for Fanatec CSL Pedals
Take control of your ergonomics with this adjustable bracket system. Designed to work with custom pedal plates, this bracket allows you to fine-tune the tilt of your CSL pedals to find the perfect driving position.
Key Features
- Precision Adjustment: Indexed pivot system allowing for adjustments in 5° increments.
- Robust Stability: Uses a dual-bolt system to ensure zero flex even under heavy braking.
- Universal Compatibility: Works perfectly with my DSD Fanatec CSL Tuning Kit or any compatible CSL-style faceplates.
Hardware Required
To assemble and mount each bracket, you will need:
- 2x M4 Screws: 55mm length (or longer).
- 2x M4 Nuts: To secure the pivot and adjustment points.
- (Recommended) 10x M4 Threaded Inserts: Placed into the back of each part for ease of height adjustment.
How it Works
The bracket utilizes a smart two-bolt geometry:
- The Pivot Point: The bottom screw acts as the fixed axis.
- The Adjustment Point: The top screw moves through the indexed slots, locking the plate at your desired angle every 5 degrees.
Print Recommendations
Since pedals endure high stress, I recommend the following settings for maximum strength:
- Filament: PETG (Recommended for durability and extra rigidity), though PLA works just fine (50+ racing hours in without any issues).
- Wall Count: 4–6 Walls.
- Infill: 40% or higher (Rectilinear or Gyroid for structural integrity).
Installation Tip
When installing, do not over-tighten the pivot (bottom) screw until you have selected your desired angle with the top screw. Once you find your "sweet spot," tighten both securely to eliminate any play.
