Description
This is a fully customizable WiFi credential stand featuring a unique Slide-Up Lock mechanism. Forget printing paper QR codes or using external generators; simply enter your network details directly here in the MakerWorld Customizer and generate your 3D-ready model in seconds.
The stand consists of two separate objects:
- The Main Plate: Contains your generated QR code and a custom text label (e.g., "Guest WiFi").
- The Support Leg: Features a stylish WiFi logo cutout and a sliding hook system that locks the plate at a comfortable viewing angle.
Customization Options
The generator is designed for ease of use. While many technical variables are available, it is recommended to focus on:
- WiFi Credentials: Input your SSID, Password, and Security type.
- Custom Text: Personalize the text displayed at the bottom.
- Visuals: You can subtly adjust the QR thickness, logo rotation, and text size to fit your aesthetic.
- Advanced: Parameters for tolerances and stand angles are open for experienced users but work perfectly as defaulted.
Printing & Multi-Color
- Objects: 2 (Front Plate and Support Leg).
- Single-color: Use the single color print profile. There is a pause which allows you to switch filament and then continue.
- Multi-color: The front plate is designed for multi-color printing (AMS/MMU). For the best scannability, use high-contrast colors (e.g., a white base with black QR modules).
- Materials: Works great with PLA, PETG (print slowly), or ASA.
