Description

The model is under development. I'm still testing the functionality, and I see bugs that should be fixed. I will be glad for tips on improvement.

Everyone knows the problem that dirt from the front wheel gets on the deck.
I immediately ran into a problem when installing the mudguard, the left part of it is pressed against the wheel, and the right part is at a distance. I took measurements of the deflection of the wheel, but it stands exactly relative to the fork, it turns out the wing is uneven. Most likely, not everyone will have this problem, I will think about how to solve it.
The gap between the mudguard and the wing is +- 0.1 mm, I did not make it smaller so that there would be no deformations.
I used a 0.08mm thick double-sided adhesive tape to fix the mudguard. If you are going to use thicker tape, then you should add a recess for it.
The wing is rounded when viewed from the side, but I made that part of the mudguard straight, because at the time of modeling I forgot to measure the bend, because of this it is impossible to close the gap between the wing and the mudguard, and dirt will get there. I will fix this after checking the mudguard for dirt retention.
I advise you to enable support as shown in the screenshots.

Printed using TPU 95A

UPD: Added mudguardV2. Now the mudguard follows the shape of the wing, and has minimal clearance. A side panel covering the entire length of the wing has been added, now dirt will not get between the wing and the mudguard, and double-sided adhesive tape is no longer needed for fixing.
It turned out that even the small weight of the mudguard causes the wing to resonate on bumps, which leads to a ringing sound. I'm experimenting with plastic noise insulation.
