This cute articulated squid is designed to be fun, flexible, and easy to print. The smooth joints allow the tentacles to move freely, making it a perfect fidget toy or desk companion.
The model uses around 22g of filament and prints without supports.
The eyes are printed separately, so no AMS is needed. There are two printing options included:
- A single plate setup using “by object” mode (no AMS)
- A two-plate version with the eyes printed separately
Feel free to scale it to your liking, it works great at different sizes.
If you scale the model down, using a lower layer height is recommended to ensure the joints print cleanly and move smoothly.
