Description
This is a custom wall mount specifically designed for the YoLink Speaker Hub. While I found great mounts for standard YoLink hubs on MakerWorld, I couldn't find one that perfectly fit the Speaker Hub variant, so I remixed this version to meet those needs.
Design & Hardware
- Mounting: Features two 6mm mounting holes designed for countersunk screws, ensuring a flush finish that won't interfere with the hub seating.
- Secure Fit: Includes top retention clips to keep the hub seated firmly against the wall.
- Reinforced Design: I used specific modifiers for the mounting holes and clips to ensure long-term durability under tension.
- Acoustics: This design prioritizes a clean, snug fit. If you require maximum volume, the base can be easily modified with additional perforations.
Slicer & Modifier Tips
To achieve the same strength as the original print, use modifier blocks in your slicer (refer to the screenshots) around the screw holes and the side retention clips. This allows for a standard infill on the main body while strengthening the high-stress areas.
