Production Notes
- While maintaining the tension and imposing aura of the Demon King's greatsword, the model's print time and assembly complexity have been specifically optimized
For strength enhancement, an additional dual iron core structure with two 1m long, 6mm outer diameter, 4mm inner diameter rods is used, further enhancing strength. (The reinforced iron core is uploaded as a separate 3MF)
- Most parts utilize color separation, and complex patterns are printed horizontally, greatly simplifying the process
- Allows for multi-color dual-head machines like X2D to process the small number of patterns on the sword body that need gluing
- Regarding structural design, this series primarily focuses on simple assembly. As for whether a luminous version of the Demon King's greatsword will be produced, it will depend on its popularity
Assembly
For multi-color printing, the first step can be ignored. For single-color printing, simply insert the parts into the slots. Each slot and pattern is unique, so assembly is not difficult
