Phone Mount for 2009-2011 Toyota Matrix 17mm Mount

This is a phone mount that replaces the passenger security light and has a 17 mm ball mount. The example in the photo is printed in PLA, but the final version I used was printed in PETG. Both will work fine—just adjust the infill if you’re using weaker filaments.

Please note: installation of this kit will require the removal and reinstallation of the radio. Also, DO NOT unplug the passenger security light, as this will trigger the airbag warning light on your dashboard, and it will not turn off while driving.

This is something I made for my personal vehicle—feel free to improve or modify it as needed.
