Model Introduction

This is an exhaust outlet model for the official exhaust kit of X2D and P2S The official exhaust port takes up too much space and is not suitable for wall placement I also couldn't find a conversion model suitable for a 38mm duct so I designed one myself

The measured occupied thickness is only 5.5cm Adding the 5.5cm of the exhaust fan itself, the printer only needs to be 11cm away from the wall

Features

Supports air discharge in 4 directions Just place it in the corresponding direction and snap the 3 buckles into place

Buckle Instructions

The buckle structure is the same as the official one According to the official instructions, screws are used at the joints, but no specific model was mentioned Tested with 1.7*5 countersunk self-tapping screws, which work 1.6 or 2.0 self-tapping screws should also work Even expanding the hole a bit and using filament as a pin seems fine

When tested, it was quite loose when clipped onto the X2D exhaust fan After applying foam or double-sided tape, it became tighter and also improved airtightness

If you need minimal thickness, you can check out my other model, with a total thickness of only 4cm: China site | International site

If you remove the four protrusions (I put some rubber adhesive on them so they seal hermetically) and print it flat, it takes less time and less support
