Description

This is a precision 3D-printed knife sharpening jig designed for consistent, controlled edge sharpening using a guided bearing system set to a fixed 15° sharpening angle.

The sharpening stone holder block is sized to fit 101mm x 25mm x 13mm abrasive inserts, making it compatible with a wide range of standard sharpening stones and custom-cut abrasives.

The guide system runs on smooth bearings with a 4mm inner diameter and 11mm outer diameter, ensuring low-friction, stable movement across the sharpening surface while maintaining a precise and repeatable 15° edge angle. (4x needed) 

Inside the 3MF design, there are integrated slots for 3 × 4mm x 4mm neodymium magnets, allowing secure retention and quick alignment of components where needed.
