The holes were made a bit wider to accommodate the dual sided rubber washer - see the picture to see how they push through the holes.
You will get 10 clips if you purchase the ones in the link above - plenty to make these in multiple colors to coordinate with all of your outfits!
My 8 year old has used and abused this holster and it has protected the pump and stayed intact! Win-win!
