Designed for the "Parametric Home Decor" contest, this model combines absolute design freedom with blazing-fast print times.
The Highlights:
- Your Design, Your Rules: Use the built-in premium presets (from a modern square to an exclusive heptagon) or select "Custom Shape" to define your very own geometric form.
- Vase Mode Ready (Lightning Fast!): Simply check the "Print Mode" box in the customizer, and the model generates a solid block – perfect for the "Spiral Vase Mode" in your slicer! No seams, no supports, and a finished print often in under 2 hours.
- Architectural Elegance: Play with the twist angle and the top scaling to create flowing, modern proportions.
- Great for Standard Prints Too: Not using Vase Mode? No problem! Leave the box unchecked, and the customizer automatically calculates a perfectly hollowed-out vase with even, solid walls.
The "Standard" Print Profile (7-Sided Vase)
If you use the provided .3mf file for a quick Vase Mode print, you will get the model exactly as I pre-configured it for the perfect sweet spot of size and design:
- Height: 150 mm
- Bottom Diameter: 90 mm (Radius: 45 mm)
- Top Diameter: 63 mm (Radius: 31.5 mm due to the 0.7 scale factor)
- Shape & Twist: Exclusive 7-sided Heptagon with an elegant 60-degree twist.
💡 Pro-Tip for the Perfect Look: For the absolute best premium effect, I highly recommend filaments with a matte finish or deep, rich colors. The light-catching edges of the twisted geometry look breathtaking, especially in a dark, rich red or a matte black. Set your slicer's "Outer Wall Line Width" to 0.6 mm or 0.8 mm (even with a standard 0.4 mm nozzle) to give the vase a really nice, solid weight and feel!
