Flagpole holder magnet RV starlink holder
Print Profile(2)

Description
I printed this using PETG. PLA could work in cooler climates or low sun exposure, but it may deform in heat. ASA would be a better choice for outdoor durability, and nylon is probably overkill unless you need maximum strength and heat resistance.
You can solid-mount this to a surface or directly to your RV frame. Just be mindful of the strength of the material you choose. It’s also a good idea to let the pole rest on the ground to reduce stress on the mount—this should help everything hold up well.
This mount is designed to be used with a Harbor Freight flagpole, but it is not intended for use at the pole’s maximum height. It is optimized to position the pole just above the trailer roof, which helps improve coverage while maintaining stability. Extending the pole beyond this recommended height can place excessive stress on the mount and may lead to failure.

Notes
- The base is designed to use the larger M6 insert along with a cement brick (cut in half for weight and stability).
- I used two different types of inserts based on what I had available and cost. If you use different inserts, you may need to adjust the hole sizes accordingly.
- This system is designed for a pole from Harbor Freight set to a maximum height of 12 feet, primarily for holding a Starlink dish—not a flag.
- Raising a flag or extending the pole higher increases leverage significantly, which can put extra stress on the mount and may cause failure, especially in windy conditions.
