PTFE-TPU-Protector for closed printers
Print Profile(1)

Description
I wanted protectors that didn’t make that ‘clack’ sound when they hit the glass pane or the frame. That’s why I created this TPU version.
The Protector is suitable for all 4 mm hoses. Make sure that the Protector does not get caught on anything, as this could cause the hose to kink.
If the protectors are too tight to fit or sit too loosely, simply adjust the inner diameter using the hole compensation in the slicer.
The protectors are not clipped on; instead, they need to be slipped onto the hose. I’ve tried several versions that clip on, but they don’t stay on the hose for long.
When using printers with active build chamber heating, I recommend a TPU with a shore hardness of at least 95A, preferably 98A, due to its heat resistance.
