Audi Q7 (4L) Rear Door Sun Blind Clip / Hook

Audi Q7 (4L) Sun Blind Clip (4L0861333). 

Replacement pull tab (clip/hook) for the rear door manual sunshade on the Audi Q7 (4L). This model was created to replace the fragile factory part using precise measurements and 3D data.

The design is based on a high-resolution 3D scan of the original component to ensure a 1:1 scale and perfect fitment.

• STL: The raw 3D scan data of the original broken part (included for reference).
• H2D Profile: Optimized print profile specifically for H2D printers (PET-CF and ASA supports).

🛠 Printing Requirements:

To ensure the part survives the high-temperature environment of a car interior, material choice is the most important factor.

• Recommended Materials: ASA, PC (Polycarbonate), or PET-CF.
• ⚠ Heat Resistance: Do NOT use PLA. The interior of a car can easily exceed the glass transition temperature of PLA, causing the part to soften and fail.
• Infill: 100% (Solid) is highly recommended for maximum mechanical strength.
