Composition Notebook Sticky Note Holder

Create your own composition notebook-style sticky note holder. I made these for teacher appreciation gifts and was asked to share the files so here they are. This requires 2 ams to print all of the colors as shown in the image. 

There are two versions, one with a name label that you can personalize and one without a name label.
