70° connection elbow designed to fit directly onto Ø80 mm PVC drainage pipe (NF EN 1329 standard)
Features:
- Bending angle: 70°
- Inner diameter: 80.5 mm (0.5 mm clearance for sliding fit or PVC gluing)
- Outer diameter: 90.5 mm
- Wall thickness: 5 mm
- Central axis bending radius: 120 mm (1.5 × D, smooth flow)
- Straight sleeves: 30 mm on each side for a clean assembly
Uses: rainwater harvesting, workshop ventilation, chip extraction, irrigation, aquaponics, hood ducts, plumbing prototyping Not intended for pressure applications or drinking water
- Tip: print a test ring before the complete part to validate the clearance on your machine
Possible materials: PETG (recommended for UV resistance and impact strength), ASA for prolonged outdoor use, PLA only for indoor use without mechanical stress
