Description
This is a jig that assists in attaching and detaching rings (mount adapters) that convert Leica L39 screw mount to M mount
As shown in the image it only supports rings that have notches at 120° intervals and a large notch to prevent interference with the focus ring's locking mechanism
I think it will be easy to use by applying pressure to the center of the mount with fingers other than your thumb while hooking your thumb into the groove on the edge and rotating it
I intended to design it to avoid interference with Leica M series parts but since I only own an M6 it is unknown whether it can be used with other cameras
Also it cannot be used with mount adapters that convert from M mount to various mirrorless cameras
Because I wanted to maximize the strength of the semicircular part at the top the infill density is set to 100%
If necessary please lower the infill density as appropriate
After printing please carefully remove any stringing or burrs
