This 3D-printable combo housing turns a 16x2 I2C LCD Display / LCD1602 and a 3x4 Matrix Keypad into a compact control panel for microcontroller projects.

Ideal for:
Code locks, access controls, password inquiries, menu controls, DIY controllers, smart home projects, Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi Pico applications.

The housing was designed so that the display and number pad sit neatly in a common front. This creates a tidy input and display module that can be mounted on project boxes, control enclosures, machine housings, or prototypes.

Typical applications:

  • Arduino Code Lock / Code Lock
  • Access Control Panel / Access Control
  • Menu operation for DIY electronics
  • Input and display unit for sensor projects
  • Smart Home or IoT control panel
  • Controller frontend for workshop and maker projects

Modules used:

  • 3x4 Matrix Keypad / Number Pad
  • 16x2 I2C LCD Display / LCD1602

The model is particularly suitable for PETG, but can also be printed in PLA or ASA depending on the application. Feedback, makes, and suggestions for improvement are always welcome.

The display, number pad, screws, cables and other accessories can be found in our shop.
