Description

I created this cup holder insert to keep drinks from falling over in these 1992-1996 fords. This insert snaps into place and doesn't require any glue or screws to hold down. I printed in PETG and havent had any issues but ASA would probably be better for very hot environments.

Very nice file. printed perfectly in PETG-CF (what I had loaded in the Ams) I will try and attach the file I created that fits in your design for holding red bull cans. My daughter loved it but wanted it to also hold her red bull cans. 5 stars for this one.

FYI - You have a tiny error in file - you can not print flat. The bottom has a tiny piece that should not be there and cause it to not lay flat. Send me a message and I can send a screen of what I am talking about. I tried printing flat but because of that it the print is technically laying on the bed and is raised ever so slightly.

I was able to cut off that piece in Bambu Studio and print it flat, I have uploaded a print profile that will work to print flat.

Great design to snap in instead of using screws like others out there. It fit my truck great and snapped in solid. I did modify the file to print it flat by removing the little extra flap on the bottom that was preventing it from auto orienting flat like another user pointed out.

Love the model! What print orientation would you recommend doing this in?

I print it on a 45° angle. One of the sides has a chamfered edge to put on the build plate. any horizontal surfaces wont get the texture so I print it on a 45 so that there's texture all over. If the texture isn't important you can print it flat.
