This is my newest instrument, a type of bass membrane clarinet. Its folded bore allows the tone to be reasonably close together without complex keywork. This version of the instrument is diatonic, but I am working on a chromatic one. For the membrane, I've used a vinyl glove, and I've found that folding it four times is best for tuning and tone, as long as there are no air bubbles. Resting it on your knee also makes using the right hand thumb hole easier.
Here is the fingering chart. Black circles are closed holes and white circles are open holes.
