APFSDS nerf dart

NOTE that to shoot it you need a nerf gun with no dart post, no air restricters, and a long enough barrel. any pro performance blaster should work.

a APFSDS (armour piercing fin stabilized discard sabot) nerf dart i designed because i wanted to test the limits of foam flinging.

assembly is pretty simple:
1. use the included dart guillotine and a hobby knife to cut a suitable nerf dart(xshot, nerf) to the right length
2. cut the dart piece in half as best as you can
3. superglue the dart pieces to the sabots like in the picture.
