Description
Motorcycle License Plate Reinforcement Support
This 3D-printed support is designed to solve a common issue with aftermarket plate holders. After purchasing a Lightech kit, I noticed that the license plate felt too exposed and lacked proper structural support, leading to potential vibrations or accidental bending.
I created this custom plate holder to provide a sturdier and more protected mounting surface. It acts as a reinforcement layer between the kit and the plate itself, ensuring everything stays perfectly in place even at higher speeds or on rougher roads.
Features:
- Enhanced Stability: Prevents the plate from vibrating or flexing.
- Protection: Covers the back of the plate to keep it safe from debris.
- Simple & Effective Design: Minimalist aesthetic that blends perfectly with the bike’s lines.
- Perfect Fit: Specifically designed for standard ITA plates.
Print Settings Recommendation:
- Material: I suggest using PETG,PETG-CF or ASA for better heat and UV resistance, as the part will be exposed to sunlight and exhaust heat.
- Walls: At least 3-4 walls for structural integrity.
- Infill: 25% or higher
