Description

Snoopy in a Hoodie

(Multipart Print-in-Color Model)

Key Features:

  • Multipart Design: Print each piece (head, ears, body) in its respective color and easily assemble them.
  • Easy Assembly: Snap-together geometry designed for simple post-processing.
  • Print-in-Color Without AMS: Specifically optimized to achieve a multi-colored result without the need for an Automatic Material System. Each color part is printed separately.
  • The eyebrows, eyes and nose must be turned correctly and on the right side. They are not symmetrical. The right eye must be on the right side and turned correctly up-dow.

This model is ideal for users who want to print complex colored models but do not own a multi-material system like Bambu Lab AMS.

Excellent! Gift for my daughter, a Snoopy fanatic. It was a bit difficult to glue the parts together, but for my first printed figure, it turned out quite well! Thank you, great job

love this print, but I can’t get snoopy’s nose to print, it jumps off the plate in Bambu studios when I slice it.

Hi, you have an old profile with disabled nose. Download it again and print the nose separately.

What do you mean "can't be sliced"? :) Did you use my profile? Which one?

Printed without any problems. Assembly took a bit of playing, but once I figured out how the pieces fit, it came out great!

The fit tolerances aren't perfect; I had to sand down some corners to get it to work. It's a nice design, but some adjustments should be made.

Which one exactly?

@Kiron21 I had to go over all of them except the tail. I had to remove quite a bit of the ears so that the opening at the top would disappear.

I made a test print again. (I cut the base of the ears a little). Everything holds even without glue, but it needs to be glued, that's clear. While assembling the model, I thought about what your problem could be: the eyebrows, eyes and nose must be turned correctly and on the right side. They are not symmetrical. The right eye must be on the right side and turned correctly. It is not visible on such a small model.

The joints are not foreseen at all, I could not assemble it. Tolerance problem

This is very strange, as you can see from the comment from user_3649511169, user_2562535617 and my photos, the model works normally. Did you use glue and my profile? What printer do you have?
