Description
-This is a vibrant 3D basketball trophy, which I designed with a geometric and modern style.
The model features a central basket with a detailed net and a ball right above the hoop.
On the sides, there are two player figures in dynamic action poses (one blocking and one shooting) in contrasting blue and orange colors.
*I chose these colors for aesthetics, but you can try defining it with your own!
Although it already appears with a logo in the images, in this original model you can personalize it with your own!
Regarding the base, I printed it in PLA with ample infill to give it weight, however, since it's quite light, it doesn't really need it.
It was very well received in the competition and I think it's quite an original model. I hope you like it, and if you have any questions or suggestions, I'm here to help.
The model has pre-configuration but you can change it to your liking:
- Walls: 2 layers
- Infill: 15%
- Printing: Multi-material printing (AMS) is recommended for the best color results.
Adhesion: I joined the pieces with cyanoacrylate ("Superglue") and it came out perfect.
* If using the same type of glue, I recommend not applying too much, as excess fumes might slightly alter the color of the trophy
- Material: Multicolor PLA.
- Extra: you can add an elastic band to the hoop part, as I did, to make it a bit more original.
