Description

Extended Battery & N-Type Antenna Case for Wio Tracker L1 Pro & N37 Meshnology.

This case replaces the original shell to provide much-needed space for a 3000mAh battery and a rugged N-Type antenna connector, significantly increasing your node's range and runtime. It fits perfectly the components provided in the N37 Meshnology bundle and the original Seeed Studio Wio L1 Pro OLED bundle (with its 2000mAh battery pack).

Battery pack dimension (mm, max)

Hardware Needed

To complete this build, you will need:

  • Screws: 4x M2 screws (to secure the board to the front plate).
  • Pigtail Adapter: 1x N-Type to IPEX/U.FL pigtail (this is the tiny connector that plugs directly into the chip).
  • Battery: Designed for a large 3000mAh flat LiPo battery.

    Needed: Pigtail adapter

Features

  • Unbranded Design: Clean, stealthy look. Also, message to my fellow 3D modelers, your models looks cheap when you put logos you don't own on your designs. Please stop doing that.
  • Print-Friendly: Tested on a Bambu A1 Mini with standard PLA.

Print Recommendations

  • Printer: A1 Mini compatible (180x180).
  • Nozzle: 0.4mm or smaller.

• • Material: PLA works for indoor use; PETG or ASA is recommended for outdoor nodes.

🚧 Work in Progress (WIP)

This is a preview release. I am currently working on additional variants:

  1. Repeater Version: No screen, no ports (except charging), optimized for outdoor node deployment.
  2. Dev Board Version: Slimmer profile (no battery space) with full access to GPIO, solar inputs, and all ports.

Stay tuned! I will update this page as soon as the new versions are ready.
