A custom-made safety guard block for Meanwell NDR-480-24 DIN rail switching power supply terminals, featuring an ergonomic press-fit buckle structure – a single finger press securely fastens it, and it can be installed and removed without tools, completely eliminating the difficulties of traditional protective parts that are hard to install and prone to falling off. It precisely covers the exposed terminal area, effectively preventing short circuits and electric shock risks caused by accidental contact or falling metal foreign objects, protects children from accidentally touching exposed terminals, and does not affect daily maintenance. Recommended to print with insulating materials (PLA/PETG).
