Description
My attempt at making a magnetic separator for prospecting cleanups. Blacksand holds onto gold so I wanted something to help remove it beyond a typical hand held magnet. its not perfect so feel free to make improvements.
*I have PAUSES built in to the print job to allow placements of the bearings.
You'll need:
(2) 608-22 roller bearings (8mmx22mmx7mm).
(4) Neodymium magnets (60mmx10mmx5mm). PLACED AROUND ROD IN a +-+- configuration.
(1) 8mm round rod cut at 240mm, but I think I could have went with 230mm.
