TV Power + Volume remix of Wemos D1 3-Button Case

I remixed Aptimex's button case for my own electronics project (a self contained Samsung TV remote that's wall mounted for my kids to use to turn on/off the TV and change the volume).

I also fixed an issue I had with the original model where the side walls and slide-mounting face were too small and allowed the top plate to fall in, made them thicker and the ledge larger.

Added a mounting hole on the inside for the IR Board needed to send commands to the TV.
