Description

UPDATE - 2026-07-05:

New compatible models are now released… take a look

UPDATE - 2026-06-26:

Born of an ecosystem:

Many requests of different sizes + personal need to mount other stuff on my bike = re-design and reorder things

Now there is no more print profile with clamp + quadlock mount

You now have 3 separate print profiles:

  • QuadLock mount, only the pad to attack to your phone
  • All the clamp sizes I have made until now, find yours!
  • All the spacers and offset bar to adjust position properly

You can open the file in Bambustudio, and print only what you need by chosing the right plate or by deleting the pieces you don't need

You can do it also from BambuHandy directly on your phone

Note: the diameter of the spacer, the bar and the clamp has changed from 16mm to 17mm, important to know in case you already printed some parts. They will fit together either way, but you will have a little step between parts.

Enjoy

UPDATE - 2026-06-25:

New important upgrade:

As per user request I added the possibility to raise and offset the position of the quadlock mount, by maintaining the original tube clamp.

Now you can print spacers to raise the mount by increments of 5mm [In the print profile, you will find spacer in 5-10-15-20 mm, but you can even stack them up if you need]

Moreover you can print an offset bar (which is 8mm thick) to offset the mount from the clamp by increments of 5mm starting from a minimum of 10mm up to 50mm

The spacer, the offset and the new quadlock mount can now be fixed every 45 degrees

New bike just arrived… time to design something useful for the next rides!

I wanted to have maps on my phone ready to be used, so I decided to take advantage once again of my QuadLock phone case and create a custom mount.

I also wanted to test the “print in place” hinge design, and here it is.

You still have to add some metal hardware (I suggest stainless steel to prevent rust):

  • 3x M5x10 socket head screws
  • 1x M5 nut

The assembly is intuitive, just have a look to the exploded view in the gallery

The two screws that maintain the clamp closed hold directly on the plastic. I personally passed an M5 tap in the holes, but I think you can directly screw into the plastic.

Enjoy
