Description

Robust Replacement Hinge for Schrack Modul 160 Distribution Box Door

This is a reinforced replacement hinge for the Schrack Modul 160 electrical distribution box door. The original factory hinge is known to be fragile and can break easily during regular use or installation.

To solve this issue, I designed a more durable and robust version that improves strength and longevity while maintaining compatibility with the original mounting points.

Features:

  • Reinforced structure for increased durability
  • Direct replacement for the original hinge
  • Designed for easy installation
  • The metal pin is secured much more tightly

Printing recommendations:

  • Material: PETG, ABS, or other strong filament (PLA may work but is less durable)
  • Infill: 20–25%
  • Walls: 2

If you found this useful or improved it further, feel free to share your version!
