Hello!
Here you will find a handguard for a quad or ATV :)
I was tired of having ice-cold fingers from the wind, or insects hitting my fingers. So I designed this simple handguard/wind deflector. It is simply inserted into the handlebars instead of the end caps.
- The handguard is suitable for handlebars with an inner diameter of 17.5mm
- Please measure your handlebars beforehand, there is also a print profile with a cut model to test the fit
- this way you only print the part that is inserted into the handlebars and potentially save filament if it's too big or small
- if you need a different inner dimension, either scale the model or contact me, and I can adjust the size!
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- I only recommend PLA for prototypes/test prints
- at least PETG/PETG-CF or even better for maximum stability and UV resistance ASA/ASA-CF
- corresponding print profiles are uploaded for all filaments!
