Gandalf vs Saruman Duel of Wizards
Print Profile(1)

Description
An epic and highly detailed 3D diorama capturing a legendary duel between two powerful wizards. The model perfectly depicts the dramatic moment of betrayal, where the once-wise leader of the order (in white) succumbs to darkness and, with raised staff, crushes his former friend (in grey) who has been struck down to the stone floor. The design stands out with beautifully modeled, flowing robes, fine details of the magical staffs, and a textured base that resembles the top of an ancient magical tower. An absolutely ideal collector's piece for lovers of classic high fantasy and epic tales.
This specific print was produced on a Bambu Lab printer using grey PLA. The printer flawlessly handled the complex layering of fabrics and the thin profiles of the magical staffs. The grey material acts as a perfectly ideal starting point for painting. This diorama is an amazing painting challenge focused on contrast—it offers the opportunity to practice shading the bright white robes of the standing wizard against the earthy, grey tones of the fallen opponent. The scene also practically begs for the addition of dramatic lighting effects (OSL - Object Source Lighting) emanating from the staffs themselves and reflecting on the faces and clothing of both mages.
