Description

White Queen | "Through the Looking-Glass" Chess

“It’s a poor sort of memory that only works backwards,” the Queen remarked. She constantly loses her shawl, screams before she even pricks her finger, and firmly believes in as many as six impossible things before breakfast. But don't let her scatterbrained nature fool you: on the chessboard, the White Queen is a powerful force to be reckoned with.

Introducing the **White Queen** — a majestic and beautifully chaotic addition to your "Through the Looking-Glass" chess collection.

About the model

This piece captures the fragility and immense power of Lewis Carroll's character. The design freezes a moment of her eternal rush: her flowing, tangled shawl, her signature crown, and a gaze looking right through time itself. Meticulously sculpted from scratch with careful attention to the fabric folds and details, the model is fully optimized for FDM printing, ensuring a flawless result right off the build plate.

⚙️ Royal Printing Tips (Settings)

To make the Queen look truly majestic:
Layer Height: 0.16 mm (or lower) is highly recommended. This will perfectly capture the fine folds of her dress and the details of her crown.
Supports: Tree (organic) supports are recommended for her chin and the overhanging parts of her shawl.
Infill & Weight: 15-20% is sufficient for the main body. However, for a premium tabletop feel, consider using modifiers in your slicer to print the bottom of the base at 100% infill to give the piece a satisfying weight.

♟️ The Grand Game Continues (Collection)

The chessboard is filling up! The White Queen takes her rightful place alongside the rest of the Looking-Glass cast.

Previous Moves:

White Pawn Alice — Every great adventure begins with a single step. Have you helped her reach the Eighth Rank yet?

Red Queen — She dictates the pace of the entire game and demands flawless execution. A formidable antagonist, without whom the collection would be incomplete.

Tweedledum & Tweedledee — The contrary White Bishops securing your diagonals. Make sure to add this argumentative duo to your board before they start a battle of their own!

Humpty Dumpty — The scholarly Red Rook sitting precariously on his wall.

White Unicorn — The elegant White Knight, ready to clash with the Lion!

Red Lion — The mighty Red Rook.

👑 The Next Move: The White & Red Kings

The board is almost fully set, and the time has come for the most important—yet most vulnerable—pieces to make their appearance! The **White King** is frantically writing in his memorandum book, while the **Red King** is fast asleep, perhaps dreaming this entire game into existence. Both Kings are preparing to take their squares. **Follow the profile** so you don't miss their royal arrival!
