🧲 Magnetic Fume Extraction Hose Mount (200mm)

This is a two-piece magnetic mount designed to connect a fume extraction hose

• 🔩 One part screws to the machine housing/wall
• 🔗 The other part mounts to the hose end and is secured with a clamp
• 🧲 Both parts connect via magnets (6×2mm, quantity: 16 magnets per side) for a quick, tool-free connection. It is adjusted so no glue is needed, just press-fit
• 🧼 A 2mm round foam rubber seal can be added to improve sealing, but it is optional if a small air leak is acceptable

The hose used in this setup is a 200mm diameter aluminum duct.

Assembly Notes:

• Use 6×2 mm neodymium magnets and insert them into the holes (They are a press fit)
• Optional: Add a 2mm round foam rubber strip for better sealing and glue it to the hose part.
