Parametric Drip Tip (510 / 810) with Anti-Spitback Design
 

Fully customizable drip tip designed for both 510 and 810 standards, with an optional internal anti-spitback system to improve comfort and reduce liquid projection.

This model is entirely parametric, allowing you to easily adjust:

  • Height
  • Inner and outer diameters
  • Body shape (straight or tapered)
  • Dome comfort
  • Airflow bore
  • Anti-spitback geometry

💨 Anti-Spitback System

When enabled, two staggered internal plates create a deflected airflow path that helps prevent liquid from reaching your mouth while maintaining good airflow.

The system automatically adapts to the available space, ensuring reliable results across different sizes.

🖨️ Printing Recommendations

  • Material: PETG recommended (safe and heat-resistant)
    ⚠️ Do NOT use PLA (not suitable for heat and hygiene)
    ⚠️ Avoid ABS / ASA (not recommended for mouth contact)
  • Infill: 100% (better hygiene and heat resistance)
  • Layer height: 0.12 – 0.2 mm
  • Adaptive Layer Height: Recommended for smoother curves and better surface finish
  • Speed: Slow printing recommended for better layer bonding
  • Supports:
    • Not required in most cases
    • May be needed if anti-spitback is enabled (easy to remove)

🧩 O-Rings

Optional O-ring grooves can be generated depending on your settings.
Separate O-rings can be printed using TPU for proper sealing and flexibility.

  • Enable or disable anti-spitback
