🌿 Graphite Energy+ 18V Grass Trimmer Replacement Blades (TPU)

Upgrade your Graphite Energy+ 18V (58G030) cordless trimmer with these high-performance 3D-printed blades. Designed as a direct replacement for the original K/58G030-30 plastic blades, these prints offer superior durability and flexibility.

Universal fit: Likely compatible with other trimmer models using ~5.5mm and ~9.5mm mounting pins.

Why print these?

Original plastic blades are often brittle and snap easily when hitting stones or hard edges. By printing these in TPU, you get a blade that is:

  • More Durable: TPU’s flexibility allows the blade to absorb impacts rather than shattering.
  • Cost-Effective: Keep your garden tidy for a fraction of the cost of official replacements.
  • Customizable: Choose the version that suits your needs!

Two Versions Included:

  1. Smooth Blade: Standard design for clean, everyday grass trimming.
  2. Serrated Blade (Teeth): Added "bite" for slightly thicker weeds or denser patches of grass.

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

To ensure the best performance and safety, please follow these guidelines:

  • Material: TPU (Shore hardness 95A is ideal). Do not use PLA or PETG, as they are too brittle for high-speed rotation.
  • Infill: 100% (Solid) for maximum strength and weight balance.
  • Perimeters: 3-4 walls.
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm for a good balance of speed and detail.
  • Orientation: Print flat on the bed for maximum structural integrity.

⚠️ Safety Note: Always wear eye protection and appropriate footwear when using a trimmer. Ensure the blade is securely clicked into the trimmer head before starting.
