Bill of Materials
Description
These rolling pin spacers are designed to solve the common issue of guides sliding around on the counter while you work. I built these with recessed pockets on the underside specifically to hold anti-skid rubber bumpers, which keep them locked in place while you roll out dough or clay. I specifically used the flat pads in this assorted pack.
The set includes three different heights—3mm, 4mm, and 5mm. By placing one on either side of your material, you can ensure a consistent thickness across the entire piece.
Features
- Anti-Skid Pockets: The underside has circular cutouts designed to fit standard self-stick cabinet bumpers. I used the flat gray/clear ones from the "Super Sliders" assorted pack found at Walmart, but any bumper around 10-12mm should fit.
- Storage: There is a hole at the end of each spacer so you can keep the set together on a ring or clip them to a carabiner when they aren't in use.
