MicroMachines Scale Rally Car

A miniature car with spinning wheels using 0.032" music wire as axles (0.80mm wire should work as well). This model accepts an optional M4 x 5mm Sockethead Capscrew  (SHCS) to increase mass, which is still barely noticeable.

This model was carefully designed with the intention of being printed with a 0.2mm Nozzle, and features are designed in  multiples of that as such. You may use a 0.4mm nozzle but it looks and performs worse in my opinion, with free wheel spin being an issue without knife work. Print Profiles are provided for both.  Included are 2 sets of tooling. One to assist with cutting wire to length, the other to hold the wheels at the desired gap while installing axles.The tooling prints can use a larger nozzle, up to 0.8mm.  See images for how the tooling is used. 

See images for general assembly of the axle and wheels. All parts are glued. I recommend B7000 Glue, as its still fast but non hazing, unlike CA glue.
