I designed this table saw push stick to combine real woodworking function with a design that actually makes you want to use it. Inspired by the iconic Taran Tactical Sand Viper (featured in John Wick 4), the main body resembles the pistol profile while the lower push block base mimics a magazine, creating a bold tactical look that stands out in any workshop. It’s functional, practical, and honestly just a much cooler addition to the shop than your standard push stick.
I did my best to be really thoughtful in the making of this design for print quality/ease. I recommend keeping the print in the same orientation I have provided in the print profile as it requires no supports. I printed mine using variable layer height, which made a huge difference in the final finish, especially around the detailed slide cuts and upper contours, giving it a much smoother, cleaner, and more premium look. I recommend you print it with the same settings. The back side of the push stick was intentionally designed flat to improve bed adhesion, print reliability, and overall surface quality.
The detachable “magazine foot” was added for maximum function. The foot is approximately 14–15mm (about 1/2”) long and can be removed when cutting thinner stock where extra clearance matters. This makes the push stick more versatile depending on the type of cut you’re making. The design is also intentionally optimized for right-handed use, which aligns with how most woodworkers naturally run their table saw setup, with the fence on the right and the blade to the left of the cut. This creates better control, more natural handling, and keeps the detailed side visible during normal use.
This push stick works great for table saws, router tables, jointers, and general woodworking applications, but it also doubles as a true workshop showstopper. This ain't your grandpa's push stick. This one looks very cool hanging on the wall, sitting on the saw, or as part of your tool wall setup. It makes a great print for woodworkers, makers, DIY enthusiasts, shop upgrades, and even woodworking gifts.
I recommend printing in the provided orientation using PLA+, or PETG, with 3-4 walls, 15-20% infill, and variable layer height for the best results. A 0.4 nozzle works great.
