Custom Personalized Name Reyan LED Lamp Lightbox

A custom LED name lightbox made to be visible, good in size, and still not too big or too heavy on PLA. Most of the other models i check out are pretty large, which looks great but the filament consumed is way too much too - hence this!

Plate 1 has the base parts - print them and glue them together after printing.

Plate 2 has the top caps - preferably print these in white for better light glow and translucency. They fit nicely into the grooves inside once the LED strip is attached.

Project Details:

• No supports needed, no AMS needed.
• 0.4 nozzle
• 0.2 layer height
• 12% infill (You can increase infill if you want it to feel a little heavier/sturdier.)
• 3 walls
• I used red and white PLA, but PETG should work too if that’s what you prefer.

For lighting, I used a simple 5V LED strip. There’s enough space inside to stick the strip along the sides easily.

Attach the LEDs, glue the top caps on, plug it in… and done!
