Now, for this design in particular:

Replacement Cutting Disc for ECOVACS GOAT A3000 LiDAR

The original cutting disc on mine broke. Then I looked for replacements and somehow ended up in the:
"why is this tiny spinning thing expensive?" rabbit hole.

After measuring, redesigning, and testing this thing... yeah... I kind of get it now.

Anyways… I made one, and it works. 

Printed in PETG using:

• 0.16 layer height
• 5 walls
• 6 top/bottom layers
• 25% gyroid infill

Hardware:

• M4 x 8.1 heat set inserts
• Blue Loctite 242 recommended

Important:

• Use at your own risk
• Inspect regularly
• Test carefully before normal operation
