KT Range Finder: The Ultimate Adjustable Compass
Print Profile(4)

Description
Tired of bumping terrain and minis around when measuring out threat ranges and movement? Look no further.
This compass lets you quickly measure out distances of 1 to 9 inches in tight spaces. In just 1 second, rotate and snap the arm into position and your compass is set. Great addition to any tabletop gaming kit like Kill Team or other battles in the 41st millennium !
Features:
- 1 inch increment snaps
- Numbers readable when printed with multi color or single color. Your choice!
- Should be accurate to approximately 0.04" (1 mm) or less. Design compensates for the shrinkage of PLA
Uses 34 grams of filament with 2 colors (or 27g if you print single color)
Tips for great results:
- Important to minimize warping: Let the build plate cool naturally before removing parts.
- Turn off ironing if you want a quicker print. It's on for cosmetics only.
- Threaded gear bolt will hit a natural stop when it is all the way in. Stop there. Don't overtighten.
- Dimensionally designed for PLA. Use other materials at your own discretion.
- Supports are not needed
- Little assembly video shown below
- April 30 2026 update: A1 mini profiles uploaded. These profiles are for a slightly shorter compass spread over 2 plates to make it fit. It should be functionally very similar.

Happy gaming!
