Description

Create your own meaningful wall art or desktop display! These puzzle shelves are designed to hold miniatures, photos, or custom text. Perfect as a sentimental gift for parents, partners, or grandparents.

These pieces are designed to be beautiful on their own or as a complete set.

• Single Piece: Perfect as a small personalized gift or "birth announcement" shelf.
• Full Set: Interlock all 4 pieces to create a large, meaningful statement piece on your wall.

Note on sizing: Dimensions listed are per individual puzzle piece, not for the completed set.

Design Features:

• Interlocking System: The 4 pieces fit together to form a large square. There is a slight clearance between the puzzle pieces to ensure they fit together easily on all types of 3D printers. For a permanent wall display, I recommend using a small piece of double-sided tape on the back to lock them perfectly in place.
• Dual-Tone Effect: The shelves are 2 mm lower than the outer rim, making it easy to achieve a professional two-color look with a simple manual color swap—No AMS required!
• Versatile Display: Use double-sided tape for wall mounting or choose the "Deep" version for a stable desktop display.

Available Sizes (Per Individual Piece):

• Small (Slim): 146×110×20 mm (Ideal for wall decor)
• Small (Deep): 146×110×30 mm (Best for standing upright)
• Large: 206×155×40 mm (Maximum space for larger miniatures)

Print Instructions:

• Walls/Bottom: all sizes have 2.5 mm walls and a 3 mm back panel.
• Supports: No supports needed!
• Color Change: To get the highlighted edge, add a pause or color change at the top layers of the outer rim in your slicer. I recommend a color change for the top 9 layers (at 0.20mm layer height). This ensures the outer rim and the shelf edges pop! 

Print Profiles Explained: 

I have provided two types of 3MF profiles for each size:

• 1-Color Profiles: For a clean, solid look.
• 2-Color Profiles: These include a pre-set pause/color change for the top 9 layers to create the beautiful accented edges shown in the photos.

STL Files: All individual puzzle pieces are available as loose STL files if you prefer to use your own slicer settings.

Printing Tips for Miniatures

💡 Printing Tip:

• 5-6 mm Thickness: Perfect for a faster print. At this thickness, it's best to glue the miniatures and letters into the Shelfie Boxes for a secure fit.
• 10 mm Thickness: If you prefer the figures and words to be freestanding and movable, I recommend a thickness of 10 mm for better stability.
