Articulated models with protruding extremities (like shark fins) are highly vulnerable when printed rapidly on a High Flow hotend. Default profiles cause internal joints to fuse from PETG oozing, while the fast-printed fins suffer from severe Z-axis delamination, snapping off instantly during play. This profile is engineered specifically for Bambu PETG HF, balancing High Flow joint tolerances with targeted structural reinforcements to make the fins crash-resistant.Specific Modifications &amp; Justifications:<ul style="list-style-type: disc"><li>1. High Flow Kinematics (Joint Tolerance)<ul style="list-style-type: circle"><li>Justification: PETG expands and oozes significantly inside the internal hinge gaps, permanently fusing articulated links when pushed at HF speeds. I deeply recalibrated the retraction distances, accelerations, and volumetric flow for Bambu PETG HF. This eliminates internal stringing, ensuring the shark is fully flexible off the build plate without breaking the hinge pins.</li></ul></li><li>2. Targeted Extremity Reinforcement (Fins &amp; Tail Modifier)<ul style="list-style-type: circle"><li>Justification: The dorsal fins and the narrow tail transition act as levers, creating weak shear planes. I isolated these exact protruding bottlenecks with custom modifier meshes, forcing additional Wall Loops and dense infill. This anchors the fragile fins deeply into the solid body, transforming them into snap-resistant structures without making the rest of the body unnecessarily heavy.</li></ul></li><li>3. Localized Thermal Bonding Override (Speed Reduction)<ul style="list-style-type: circle"><li>Justification: PETG HF requires sufficient thermal transfer time to fuse. High speeds on the small cross-sections of the fins result in brittle, unbonded layers. Inside the modifiers, I drastically slashed the print speeds. This deliberate slowdown ensures maximum layer-to-layer fusion exactly where impact leverage is the highest.</li></ul></li></ul>Tested &amp; Verified: Printed successfully on a High Flow setup using Bambu PETG HF. The joints break free effortlessly, and the reinforced fins and tail survive bending stress without delaminating. See attached photos.&nbsp;&nbsp;
