Description
Hunan University’s main gate is located on Lushan South Road, Changsha City. Its iconic entrance consists of a giant stone engraved with “Hunan University,” two stone pillars, a flagpole, and a “Thousand-Year Hammer.” It is known as the “Gate of Spirit” and embodies the university’s open and inclusive characteristics as a “thousand-year-old institution, a century-old renowned university.”
